Has anyone done this before? The head goes in one leg, and the arms in the other leg behind the back. I've tried it a few times, but I have trouble with it pressing on my neck. Anybody experienced the same?

You mean the ph-waiste is pressing on your neck when you have one ph leg on your head and your arms in the other ph leg?

Well, sort of PH_Research. See, the waist band is pulled down the torso, so it's more of the leg of the hose that is so tight around the neck.

You should do so kitten, its very fun, and feels wonderful! Make sure you and get to a pair of scissors or a knife though, it can sometimes be hard to get out depending on how tight the hose are!

i have never tried that way exactly but i have tried many different variations of making a combination mask and armbinder.....i am going to it your way with the arms behind the back..... do you have trouble getting out of that alone?

Snoopyhose.....It all depends on the type of pantyhose really. If they are thick, or support hose, then it can be difficult to get out of alone. I've had a few times where the only way I got out was by ripping the hose with a pair of scissors, which took a while to do. If you do this, make sure you have something to free yourself with, just in case. Also, the hose get a little tight around the front for the neck, it shouldn't be enough to restrict breathing, but don't throw caution to the wind.

What have you folks found for the best pantyhose armbinder. I've used several pairs to cover both my arms and head along with my torso, but still scratch my head trying to come up with a good pantyhose armbinder during self-bondage. Twisted Evil

the best if when you take a pair of the hugest pantyhose, and a smaller than average girl, and put both legs through one hoseleg, and the head and body through the other.

I've never done the arm binder thing backwards, but I frequently do the same thing, but with arms forward. It's still quite constraining, esp when you have both legs through one leg on another pair and you can still reach your unit for some pleasure. I must try it backwards though... the curiosity bug has me now!

I've been experimenting with this alot lately. I've been tying a slip knot in the end of the leg that is over my head, which I slip over my big toes. This pulls your head back and puts you into a hogtie position. You almost have to use a tape gag over top of the hose though to keep them in position on your head.

I'm going to try and get some pics of this posted on here to give everyone a clear idea of how this works. Please be patient though, I seem to be having a hard time doing so.

I use 3X or 4X size hose for the head and arm binder.

It gives you a little more room to do it to yourself and can get out of them after.

Hi! What I do is hang the waistband of the "armbinder" pantyhose on a smooth doorknob then insert my already bound arms (unbound sometimes) in and just wiggle in gently. As soon as the waistband is over both shoulders, I enjoy the view (or just the feeling of helplessness if blindfolded). To get out, just try to get the waistband hook into the doorknob to unhitch the waistband from your shoulders

The experience is better when done with a partner but this is how I do it by myself. Of course, I do am encased from head to toe with three pairs before I "engage" the "armbinder pantyhose"

What I want to know is how to do the upper encasement without making the pantyhose run/ladder or tear after cutting armholes into the panty area.

Unless your a world class seamstress, after I cut the holes in the deisired areas. I carefuly take them off and apply clear nail polish to the edges. Then you will get allot of uses afterwards. Very Happy
