You can buy pink tights @ dancewear stores (not exotic dance, but like ballet/tap/jazz...think Capezio). Also Electrique Boutique is selling some pale pink, very sheer stockings right now.

I know neither of those are "pantyhose" exactly, but maybe it will work...?
(I haven't checked either companies websites-you may be able to order online. Also, Capezio is just one example of dancewear vendor.)
