has anyone "borrowed" hose from an in-law? i'm going out of town with my gf this weekend, she doesn't wear hose at all! boooo!!! but her mom does!!!

I have "borrowed" hose from in laws, friends and even co workers.

When I was in my teens. I was often asked to house sit so having the place to myself found their hose drawers and was lucky most of the time to find a pair or 2 in the dirty clothes :) .
I always seemed to like to borrow those best :)

I have always managed to hint around even ask for ruined hose and believe it or not the ladies have given them to me as is!
Some of the best times were when a few of my really close female coworkers would have a run and I being the nice guy would point it out.
Prior to this I would hint around asking what they were going to do with them of course they would smile and say toss em why?
I would then ask if they would let me have them.
They would look at me and ask why i would want them.
I am sure they totally knew why!
I would blush acting sort shy playing the part would say oh I am a collector.
They would then get up and go off to remove them or fix them but by the end of the day i would get my treat.
The next day I would bring them a new pair of hose same color but the brand I like.
Needless to say I also always seemed to have company for lunch which I paid and they wanted to know about my interst in hose!

Only once did this back fire this girl I was dating did give me her hose but she cut the feet off them :( and the crotch panel :( needlees to say once home I tossed them away as they were useless to me :x

I borrowed hose from coworkers, friends, and even girl friends. One of the best ways to do this is to offer to help them move. By then, everything is out in the open, and you can see what type of hosiery and lingerie they wear. I have borrowed and used their hosiery but as a favor, I bought them a replacement. I usually told them that somehow I accidently ruined their pair or it fell out in my car (when we used my car as well as part of the move). When they asked what brand and size, I usually responded that I looked at the labels in the back. Usually, they are very appreciative.

I have worn my mother-in-laws tights on a number of occasions, & at one time actually took a pair to keep, (sheer black), from her laundry basket.

I always sort of made a game about "borrowing" relatives nylons. Like if i stayed at a relatives... one side with two older women cousins and the other side with 3... i would find my way to their stash. I think i tallied a pair from each Aunt, and 4 outta 5 of my cousins.
