I'm new, and I'm SO glad I found this site. Anyway I'll get right to it. My boyfriend told me last night that he has a pantyhose fetish. He was hesitant to tell me because he was afraid that if he asked me to wear them for him, that I would feel like an object and that I wouldn't enjoy it. Which isn't true, I'm glad he told me because I'm very willing to do that for him, I have no problem with it. He was also worried because in the past, with his exes, if they've been out and he sees a woman with a skirt and pantyhose, he can't help but look. Which I am also okay with, because he's coming home with me, so I'll reap the benefits of him getting excited by that! I told him as long as I am still enough for him then I'll be all right with it. My question is this: Is this a very specific thing, or is there a right way or a wrong way to do this? I'd really like to try it for him, but I don't know if there's a specific color or shade or if they should be shiny or not so shiny, I really don't know. It's one of those things where, if I'm going to do it, I want to do it right, if that makes sense! I never really knew anybody who had a fetish before, and I really don't have any myself, so I don't know what it's like... So any help you all can give me I would really appreciate!

Also, if I enjoy it, but it's not at the fetish level for me, would he still get the same enjoyment out of it? Even though it's not really a passion of mine per se.

I'm glad you ask because I think I can definitely help you out here... I've been in relationships in the past where the GF has definitely dressed for me just because I asked... (I'm 20yrs old so normally, according to my gf then, wearing pantyhose or stockings is definitely a non-fashionable trend..)

So you want to help your bf out by dressing for him eh? That's definitely sweet of you... this in general is a non-specific thing. The thing the stress between the two of you will be placed on the feel of the material. He would definitely want to run his hands up and down your silky smooth hosed legs. So get something that is sheer... and silky... youll know when you go buy the stuff - just feel it. Sheer being less denier because the more denier the more it'll be like tights... then it just won't work.

What works for me is nude colours because that is very seductive... you can't quite tell at times whether the gurl is wearing... and wow, that does amazing things. you just keep looking and looking... but if itz just going to be a night in bed, well try black... OR stockings also work. That allows for easy access as well as the fact that you dont need to remove the pantyhose for entry... unless you rip it... which I hate doing. What a waste.

I think shiny is good because it'll catch his eye more... and when you're in the sun, you'd look like a goddess. He'll wanna just grab you right there on the spot. Whats so important about pantyhose is really the feel of the material... so rubbing your legs constantly with his skin really does wonders... tell him to wear shorts wheny ou go out while you were stockings... run your legs on his legs... and he'd probbaly put his hand up your skirt right away. I'd say, don't wear pants.... itz a waste. And if you're young, don't wear those reinforced or butt firming stuff... it doesn't work... just keep it sheer from top to bottom.

And nooooo MATTE pleeeease! That'd be like wearing your grandma's pantyhose. Anyways, I hope this post works for you... keep me updated. I'd b happy to share more experiences if you want... btw, love to get a chance to meet u if possible... =)

My best advice to you is talk to him about it. Sometimes just talking to you about it could be a turn on to him, and you'll learn the answers to those questions without any confusion.

Yes, ask him. You can ask any of us and get 100 different answers as to what you should do. He can tell u what colors he likes, what brands and wether he enjoys the reinforced toe, sheer toe..etc. etc.
This is a good way to start to build communication. Not just in the bedroom but with the entire relationship. When you can communicate about the intimate things, the rest is easy.

Rebecca, just wondering how you found this forum? I am very pleased that you are here. If your BF has a fetish for pantyhose certainly talk to him about styles and brands. Also, don't forget that he may enjoy wearing them as well. Something very special about nylon covered legs rubbing together. My personal favorite right now is Hanes Silk Reflections sheer to waist darkest navy.

when I go out with my girlfriend, she lets me pick the kind of PH i want her to wear for me. She has her own preferences when she dresses for work (which I also like) but she wears the ones I specifically pick for her. You should ask him what he likes and go shop for them while he's there.

Rebecca, I agree thet every guy (or gal) has his or her own special attractions for pantyhose. Personally I like the idea of choosing pantyhose for a woman, then helping her into them, and then careessing her entire pantyhosed legs and listening to the sound they make. They should be sheer as possible; dark colors work for me, such as black, barely black, and navy. It's also nice to wear a slip with pantyhose for the nylon on nylon feel

I personally am glad that my husband enjoys me wearing stockings and panthose as much as I enjoy doing so! The way it feels when he strokes my thigh thru the hose out in public is a great turn on for us both!

Rebecca, there's some good advice above, but the simple answer is that there's no 'right way' that all fetishist will agree on, you just have to explore and ask him what he likes - for example, I've been a pantyhose fetishist for decades and nude PH or super-sheer do nothing for me. I prefer deep tans and nothing less than 20 denier.

He talked to you about it, so now the door is open for you to find out what he specifically likes, right down to color, panty style, reinforced toe or not, cotton crotch or not, it all makes a difference.

Perhaps spend time with him searching the Silkies, Hanes, Leggs or other PH websites for style and colors. If my partner did that with me I would be SO appreciative that she bette be ready for hours of devotion and pleasure from me. This fetish can be vey specific. I like control top and French cut panty styles, without panties. Sometimes I like sheer toe styles, other times its the smaller subtle reinforced toe styles. Some guys love the huge reinforced toe styles. Find out what he likes and you'll reap the attention and pleasures.

Its not critical that you have the fetish yourself, just you can enjoy it with him and for yourself. Perhaps the pleasures you receive from him will develop a fetish appreciation to share with him. First you must understand that it took a lot of courage for your boyfriend tio confide in you about his pantyhose fetish. Just talk to him about it. Ask him how it started with him. It all begins back in our childhood. Ask a lot of questions and just let him feel comfortable enough to ask you anything. Sometimes just talking about it is even better than doing it. Talk to you girlfriends about it also. I am happy that you took the next step and is willing to please your boyfriend. That is very awesome of you and you will not be disappointed.
